Rules of Engagement

By using Shade, you agree to these operational parameters. Violation will result in immediate termination.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Shade is a defensive tool for privacy and security research. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, and cyberstalking. While we cannot read your data, we will cooperate with legal authorities if presented with external evidence of abuse.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Shade Protocol ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shade Protocol Inc. regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, simply disconnect from the network and cease use of the Service immediately.

2. Prohibited Activities

Shade is engineered for protection, not aggression. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

Illegal Acts

Any activity violating local, state, or international law, including trafficking, fraud, or money laundering.

Malicious Targeting

Harassment, cyberstalking, doxxing, or the distribution of malware/viruses.

Impersonation

Using generated identities to defraud individuals or institutions (e.g., bank fraud, passport forgery).

3. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

No Warranty

We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or security of the generated identities for official use. Using these details for government interactions may be a crime.

Limitation of Liability

Shade Protocol Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
